A surcharge of EUR 10 applies for arrivals from 23:45 until 00:45. From 00:45 late check-in costs EUR 20. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

From October to April, outside bridges and holidays, the elevator, reception and common areas may not be available between 11.30 pm and 7.00 am.

To facilitate the rest of the guests, between 24.00 and 7.00 it may be forbidden to stand in the internal and external common areas of the structure.

Any people added to rooms already booked have a cost of €15 per person per night, without breakfast, for any age.
