Hello everyone, let me introduce myself: I am Alberto Galante and I have been doing "the apartment house" for over 15 years in Florence; "fare l’appartamentaio", a typically Florentine expression, indicates the one who manages apartments and properties on behalf of third parties for short-term rentals ... here I am, you are welcome! The apartments are almost all located in the historic centre of Florence and can be easily reached on foot or with a short taxi ride from the Santa Maria Novella station; sometimes someone asks me for a private shuttle service from the airport that we organize with customer satisfaction. Each apartment has been renovated and furnished with care and refinement and the single detail has been designed taking into account the characteristics of the house and the historical Florentine context. It is therefore not just a question of welcoming apartments, well furnished and equipped with all comforts, but of houses with a strong personality that often offer a breathtaking view of Florence.

This is a delightful apartment on the 3rd floor without a lift, located approximately 100m from Piazza del Duomo, and we are in the heart of the city, between Via dei Conti and Via del Corso, which is more central than that... With its spacious layout, this apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 people, ensuring everyone has their own space... > It offers a double bedroom with a smart TV and air-con > A bathroom with a shower > A bedroom in the mezzanine room with a French bed is smaller than a double bed but slightly larger than a single bed, and air-con > mezzanine's private bathroom > a large living room (with sofa bed) and a smart TV, > Well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher > An excellent wifi > heating > Summer air conditioning > Utility room with washing machine It is a tranquil, bright apartment with a view over the roofs of the historic center of Florence. Around there are many typical Florentine restaurants, goldsmith shops, and the entire historic center, which has monuments to visit. NO SMOKERS! Animals on request only.
