The Modanesi Family is the owner and manager of the Hotel Eros Residence; we have worked in the hotel industry since 1957. It is more than 60 years that we work everyday with care and dedication to satisfy every need of the Customer. Come and try our traditional "romagnola" hospitality, which is made of cuddles, attention to detail and passion for our profession.

The Hotel Eros Residence offers 12 Suite-Apartments, each differently characterized so as to satisfy every particular need of the Customer. Our 12 Apartment-Suite are all renovated and well-furnished, they have got one comfortable living room, one functional and separated cokking corner, one comfortable and relaxing bed room and one elegant bathroom. Furthermore, they have all got large balcons for relaxing and eating outside. We are offering you a new way of holiday in freedom and ease in your by-the-sea house adding all of the advantages of a recommended and environmental friendly Hotel Residence.
