The standard check-in time is from 3pm to 12am, it is a must to agree an arrival time. It is also possible to access the property earlier, in the event that the house is ready before the standard check-in time.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: € 12,00 per stay (single set) € 20,00 double set per stay. Please contact the property at least 5 hours before before arrival for rental. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €50,00 per stay applies.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
