The recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa in the Eur Tre pini area. Just a 3-minute walk away you can find several shops such as (Food - Bar - Butcher - Pharmacy etc) and public transport stops that will allow you to reach the subway. The parking is located inside the villa. To access the apartment you have to cross a garden that is shared with the owners of the structure.
