The first floor offers two open kitchens, each with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee makers, boiling-water tap, and dining table. There are also two living/dining rooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms, and mezzanines with sofa beds and TVs. Two verandas invite al fresco dining. Extras include a wood-fired oven, carport, outdoor shower, shared washing machine, electric car charger, and pet-friendly parking. The large fenced garden features a barbecue, 12×6 m pool (Apr–Oct), table tennis, foosball, play equipment, and a football goal, perfect for fun and relaxation. Airy lounges, twin kitchens, and shaded verandas support a comfortable, communal lifestyle. Mezzanines offer extra sleeping space, and thoughtful details make gatherings easy and enjoyable. Just 6 km away lies the scenic 27-hole Castelfalfi Golf Club. Visit the 16th-century Sacro Monte of San Vivaldo or explore Montaione’s medieval centre with the Church of San Regolo.
