The 70 sqm apartment, newly renovated and situated on the first floor with an elevator, includes: a master bedroom, a walk-in closet, a windowed bathroom with bidet and shower enclosure (75 x 75 cm), a separate laundry room, a spacious living area with a sofa bed (mattress thickness: 22 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
