It is located a few meters from the pine forest and the free and equipped beach, the center is easily reachable on foot. The property is next to the cycle path and a few meters from the Trenino di Levante stop. The penthouse is surrounded by a large panoramic terrace, solarium area, outdoor table and barbecue to enjoy the view of the pine forest from dawn to dusk. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and access to the terrace, and a twin), 2 bathrooms (one complete and one en-suite with toilet and sink), large living area with TV.
