Villa "THE PEARL OF SICILY" with SEAVIEW is a new detached house with air conditioning and a new salt pool for an exclusive use of the guests. It is in TRE FONTANE, just 10 minutes from Selinunte Archaeological Park and 60 minutes by motorway from Palermo or Trapani. It is in a quiet, newly built private residence with wide sidewalks, outdoor lighting and a large park. The residence is made up of 20 private villas of 130 square meters each one, built in Mediterranean style, Sicilian terracotta and with well-kept gardens. "THE PEAR OF SICILY" has 8 beds and is equipped with every comfort, with private entrances and direct access to the sandy beach via a private road. "THE PEARL OF SICILY" is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms ( 2 double rooms, 2 twins and a double sofa bed) and a living area with a large living room overlooking the equipped pool area, kitchen, three bathrooms, 2 large verandas overlooking the lawn and a magnificent seaview terrace. The villa is fenced and has excellent exposure to the sun and is easily accessible. It is located on the ground floor in a private street with direct access to the sea (only 70 meters) so it is ideal for families with children for its privacy. Private free parking.

From our villa you can walk along the large sandy beach and enjoy the low level of the sea (ideal for families with children), or enjoy short sightseeing tours to the nearby picturesque salt pans of Trapani, the medieval town of Erice or the Arab-Norman city of Palermo.
