Brand new, in its simplicity it is located in a strategic position for all destinations; The train station, the sea, the town center. It has 3 bedrooms. Two of which are double and one single. In Bedroom 1 there is a French double bed (140x190 cm) with the possibility of adding a single bed, (80x190). In Bedroom 2, a single bedroom, there is a standard single bed (80x190 cm), with the possibility of adding a standard sofa bed (80x190 cm). In Bedroom 3 there are two solutions: either a double bed made up of two single beds assembled (total 160x190 cm) or two single beds (80x190 cm). All rooms have the services specified in detail. The property is located in a complex of 6 buildings and overlooks the interior, the private garden, therefore far from traffic noise, albeit limited to Levanto.
