One of the few bright and private houses on the SEAFRONT with a magnificent view of the bay in front. Fast WI-FI with ALEXA and SmartTV with NETFLIX, DISNEY+ and PRIME VIDEO. Free PARKING SPACE under the house. All services at your fingertips ON FLAT without moving the car. Rooms: kitchen, living room (double overlooking the sea), 3 bedrooms with sea view, large bathroom and closet. Portable A/C, Nespresso, Microwave, Barbecue, Nintendo. Independent and programmable thermostat.
