Boasting a strategic position, the hotel is well connected around the Florentine area, where some of the most important industrial and handcraft companies in the leather or fashion industry are located. The hotel is located in Scandicci, a small town near Florence and close to the exits of the A1 motorway and the expressway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno, two of the main access to Florence. The Hotel Marzia has been restored, redesigned and extended in 2007 to provide a greater standard of comfort, which includes a spacious and useful entrance directly from the garden on the car park side.
