Villino degli Olivastri is nestled in the heart of a naturalistic park, located close to the beautiful beaches of Mugoni, Porto Ferro and Porticciolo, in Northwest Sardinia and a short distance from Alghero. This lovely cottage, surrounded by lush gardens and ancient trees, is a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and tranquility. The farmhouse, which can be reached on foot, offers a unique experience in contact with nature. The cottage's stone walls exude a rustic and timeless charm, adding a fine aesthetic touch and providing excellent thermal insulation, keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter. The focal point of the property is undoubtedly the beautiful swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Although use of the pool is not exclusive, it extends like a refreshing oasis in the middle of this natural paradise, creating an atmosphere of harmony and serenity. The spacious and cozy interiors are tastefully furnished, combining rustic elements with contemporary details. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and includes a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room 2 beds in an armchair for boys maximum 11 years old, and a full bathroom with bidet and shower.
