Take a break and regenerate in this oasis of peace surrounded by nature. The house is located a few km from Florence, upon your return you can dine outdoors under the panoramic loggia. The house also has a swimming pool for moments of relaxation in company. Upon entering we find the large living area with equipped kitchen. The property consists of two double bedrooms, one in the attic and a bathroom with shower, there is also a large reserved parking space. The house has free private parking, a large garden with swimming pool at your disposal, a covered loggia for your lunches and dinners. Inside you will find a kitchen complete with every detail (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction oven, kettle, capsule machine), two spacious and air-conditioned double bedrooms complete. Finally a bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower at your disposal. N.B. The swimming pool is shared with other owners and will be open from about June 6th until about September 15th. IMPORTANT: 2 EURO per day extra as a tourist tax for each person staying over 14 years old. Remember to check in online via the VICKEY link to pay the TOURIST TAX. If this is not done, I CANNOT DELIVER THE KEYS TO YOU!!
