Our two apartments (apt Chianti + apt Toscana) are located on the first floor of the ancient Palazzo Tempi (no lift), in the pedestrian area of San Casciano val di Pesa. In front there are bars, shops, banks, typical restaurants. IMPORTANT: Check in is to be done at Villa I Barronci, a country residence located just 3 kms from the center of San Casciano. If you have any troubles in reaching Villa I Barronci for check-in (no car or in case of late arrival), you can contact us beforehand to organize a self check-in. The Guests of Palazzo Tempi are allowed to enjoy all the services of the nearby Villa I Barronci like: - breakfast, served buffet-style from 07.30 to 10.30 at an extra charge of Euro 12,00 per person if not booked together with the room rate; - the panoramic restaurant Panorama&Gusto and the bar (with extra charge); - the swimmingpool with view over the valley, heated water (30°C) and the adjacent Finnish sauna (free of charge); - wine coach (upon reservation, every day except on Wed and Sun) at Euro 45 p.p.; - free city bikes or e-bikes at Euro 25 p.p. PARKING FACILITIES: on the street at 250 m. Do not park in market square on Sunday night/Monday morning!

Neighbourhood information

The village of San Casciano is an excellent base for sightseeing in all Chianti area as it is very close to the main wineries and typical villages (Greve, Panzano, Castellina, San Gimignano...). Florence is about 30 minutes away, Siena about 1 hour away.
