Property information

Rome Charming Suites began operating as a Guest House in October 2016. This fully renovated accommodation is located on the first floor of a building from the early 1900s with an inner courtyard. It consists of 4 bright and elegant rooms, all strictly no smoking, and each with a private bathroom. One of the rooms has a balcony. The rooms have been furnished with care in a classic style by the antique-collector landlords, each one containing sought-after period pieces and decorated with gentle colours in perfect balance, to provide a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen area is equipped with an espresso machine, kettle and microwave.

Neighbourhood information

The San Giovanni district is one of the most populated districts of Rome, characterized by the Lateran Palace and the famous Basilica of St. John Lateran. Area known throughout Italy because in the main square outside the basilica, every May 1, is also a popular concert, which sees the stage a large number of Italian and foreign musical groups. Next to the basilica is located at the Holy Staircase, which traditionally consists of 28 steps that would go to those locations by Jesus to Pontius Pilate. On top of the scale is called Sancta Sanctorum chapel which houses some of the most important Christian relics. Do not forget that the district of San Giovanni is known for one of the main shopping streets with a lot of shop affordable Via Appia Nuova, and a bustling clothing market this every morning, except Sundays, located in Via Sannio, where you can pick up great deals!
