About this property
Once a 15th-century convent, San Giovanni features a picturesque courtyard and ultra-elegant rooms with large windows, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. It has a quiet location in Saluzzo centre. Rooms have neutral colour schemes and luxurious fabrics. Each one has a modern bathroom with a bathrobe and hairdryer. They offer panoramic views across Saluzzo and the Langhe hills or across Casa Cavassa next door. This former noble residence is now a museum. A continental buffet breakfast is served at the café next to the cloister.The restaurant, which is located in the former wine cellars, offers traditional Piedmont specialities. Hotel San Giovanni Resort provides free transport to/from Saluzzo Bus Station, if requested when booking. Free parking is provided and the hotel is ideal for trips around the Langhe hills and food tours for the area's famous truffles and wine.
