The spacious and well-kept apartment is furnished in Sardinian style, with a majestic fireplace in Bosana stone. A large veranda for exclusive use is furnished to eat al fresco and in peace. A large shaded porch allows you to relax after a beautiful day at the beach. The outdoor shower, with hot water, is available exclusively to guests. It is possible to park bicycles and motorcycles inside the property.

“Su Seggiu” is the residential neighborhood, very quiet, which is “sitting” along the right bank of the Temo river. A suggestive walk along its bank will take you to the historic center in less than ten minutes. Fifty meters from the house there is an MD supermarket. In the immediate vicinity (within 100 meters) there is a hairdresser, beautician, mechanic, tire dealer, florist, doctor, veterinarian, bar, newsagent, tobacconist…
