Immersed in early 1900s villa with private sea access, our loft offers a blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Communal amenities like parking, playground, BBQ & lounge spaces. The 40 mq loft features a double bedroom, spacious living area with a sea-view window, bathroom & terrace with dining table overlooking the bay. WiFi, Air conditioning & Work desk. Near Castiglioncello's center with shops, restaurants and train station. Visit nearby Pisa, Florence & Tuscany countryside by train or car. The private access to the sea is an underpass that crosses the road and railroad located between the Villa and the Beach.
