Ciò che rende speciale la villa è l'oasi naturale immersa in un ambiente cittadino, che dista pochi chilometri dal centro della città. La facilità di accesso ai mezzi pubblici inoltre, agevola notevolmente i turisti negli spostamenti: infatti a pochi metri dalla nostra struttura sorgono la fermata del tram e il capolinea degli autobus/pullman che permetteranno agli interessati di raggiungere numerose località balneari dell'isola. Inoltre la collocazione strategica della villa permette di raggiungere facilmente bar, fast food, pasticcerie, supermercati e negozi di alimentari: a soli 150 metri di distanza infatti, il supermercato lidl permetterà un ricco rifornimento dei beni di prima necessità.
