PRIVATE ROOM RENTAL - Our Villa is located 2-3 km from the center of Martina (we recommend having a car to reach us) and offers suite-type double rooms with private bathroom and independent entrance. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV and garden view. We do not have a mini bar or other appliances or utensils that are not indicated in the advertisement. There is NO breakfast or half/full board option but we will be happy to point you to bars and restaurants in the area. Being a private accommodation we do not carry out daily cleaning but only at check-in. It is possible to get daily cleaning service paying an extra fee. Being a residential villa, we live inside the structure, this gives us the possibility of guaranteeing 24 hour assistance to our guests. CHECK-IN is automatic, one day before your arrival or the same day in case of immediate booking, we will provide you with instructions to access your room independently. Before sending you check-in instructions, we will ask you to provide us with identification. If you are looking to relax and be immersed in nature even if just a few steps from the city, this will be your ideal place. We will be happy to welcome you and recommend the areas of interest in our city and neighboring towns, inviting you to savor the beauties of our beloved Puglia.
