Villa Marzoni is located in Tiggiano just 5 minutes drive from Tricase. The structure extends over one floor surrounded by greenery and includes a large patio used for private internal parking. The entrance overlooks the large living room furnished with sofa, TV and dining table, from here you can access the completely new kitchen complete with every accessory. A hallway will lead you to the sleeping area with two bedrooms with double beds both with private bathroom with all the facilities including sink, bidet and shower. The exterior is the strength of the villa, furnished with a large swimming pool for private use and a covered veranda furnished with two wooden dining tables, ideal for dining outdoors.

Villa Marzoni is located in a position that guarantees guests a completely relaxing stay, accompanied by birdsong and the green of the Mediterranean scrub. From here it is possible to reach various local places including URBAN CAFE and other commercial establishments such as ice cream parlors, restaurants, pubs and pizzerias, but also monuments and historic buildings such as Palazzo Gallone, Castello di Tricase, Church of San Domenico and Church of the Nativity. The Tricase coast extends in a semicircle for about 8 kilometers and includes the two localities of Tricase Porto and Marina Serra with its fascinating Natural Pool. The marinas of Tricase are an ideal coast for a seaside holiday par excellence, sunny and serene, conducive to true relaxation of body and spirit. For those who appreciate outdoor life, healthy and genuine cuisine, a healthy and imaginative holiday, the Tricasina Riviera is the place par excellence. With regard to nightlife, the B&B is 15 km from the Blubay di Castro and 16 km from the Disco Club Guendalina in Santa Cesarea Terme.
