A villa with a small garden but well organized with a relaxation area with a heated outdoor jacuzzi, a covered terrace for outdoor dining, a home climate to cool the environment or to heat it up quickly, a large tavern with a fireplace for dinners with friends in Italian and German TV with netflix and amazon tv free for more pleasant stays. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. A bike path that goes around the lake a few hundred meters away.

Every guest is important to us so whatever your budget or needs, you will find a hospitable and worry-free vacation home with us! Very close there are a Roman museum, cycle path, restaurants, a sandwich shop and in summer from lugloi to August at 500m there is a landing stage for a boat that takes you directly to the musical theater of Torre del Lago Puccini
