“1.廚翠山算是料亭湯宿吧，從料理手法可以感受到chef非常有想法，雖然是和食但也有烹飪手法以及食材上傳統與現代西餐風格融合，且連續入住每天會換菜單，也會特別為了外國客人準備英文菜單餐點口味很清淡（有時候覺得清淡過頭😅） 2.員工服務佳，美中不足是飯店服務人員英文不好（不過日本這類型飯店大都這樣）但還是很努力嘗試溝通，這一點很棒，但可惜是要語言不通聽不懂服務人員在介紹什麼，不知道餐點詳細內容，但有吃過板前的話多少看外觀還是可以猜得出來喜知次生魚片真的非常美味 3.住在這裡完全不用...”

“석식 오마카세요리는 최고였습니다. 다만 숙소내 온천이 하나밖에없는게 아쉬웠습니다. 물론 다른 연계된 호텔의 다른 온천도 이용할수있지만 저녁식사시간이 2시간 가까이 소요되기때문에 시간이 촉박해서 다 이용할수가없었습니다.”
