“設備も食事もすごくよかった！ スタッフの方々も親切でいい施設だなーと思っていましたが、4/12の朝5時半ごろにチェックアウトする際の男性スタッフ。対応が最悪。精算は前日までに必要だった！と何度もしつこく言われて気分悪(こちらも前日したかったがそのような案内をしなかったのはそちらのミスでは？) 結局精算出来るのにいちいち言う必要あるのか？ 接遇の勉強した方がいいですよ。”
