当ホテルはアパートホテルとして各室にキッチン、お料理道具一式、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ等をご用意し、洗濯室では無料でお使いになれる洗濯機、乾燥機を設置しております。 連泊、長期宿泊の料金を抑えるために、一連の宿泊（1泊でも連泊でも）に対して1回の清掃代6,000円を頂いておりますことをご了承ください。 D号室、E号室は半地下ですが、開閉できる窓があります。D号室には天窓もあり、外の明るい光が入ってきます。
