“Good location and a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to find and lots of umbrellas you can use during the stay. Only of the neighbor cats were loud at one night. There is even a drinks machine right outside the building.”

“若你是獨旅且想住很多天，也不想帶太多行李且飲食容易過敏的話，會推薦到這裡住宿。沒有工作人員打擾，不用跟不認識的人互動，房間小單人住舒適，大概台北1萬一個月套房的大小（雖然設備好很多），交通方便，日暮里出來走6分鐘就到，房間內有個人洗衣烘衣設備，房間內小廚房微波爐冰箱可以自行到附近超市（日暮里站出來有一間）買菜回來料理，這樣可以排除食物過敏源也可以省飲食費，浴室的洗髮和沐浴乳味道也很舒服很放鬆，白天天氣好不用開燈，夏天開冷氣很舒適。”
