Property information

The Villa is conveniently located within a few miles of the bustling hillside towns of Kandy and Nuwara-Eliya. Situated 3,700 feet above the ground, guests will enjoy panoramic views from every room of the villa in cool and comfortable climates. The villa consists of 6 private en-suite rooms situated around a beautiful hill garden that leads directly onto the mountain landscape, including a view over the national reservoir at Kotmale. The main colonial house consists of spacious living, dining and games areas . The grounds of the villa have been specifically designed with an outdoor meditation,outdoor dining areas and a pool from which guests can enjoy the stunning vistas. There are nearby hiking trails which can be easily accessed from the villa,where guests can essentially follow the beautiful views through miles of mountain forest, stumbling across a few quaint villages along the way. Guests will enjoy the services of a private butler who will take care of their every need. Meanwhile, our chefs serve an array of international and local cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Transport can be arranged for day trips to the nearby attractions.

Kothmale Reservoir Kotmale- 20 km (40 minutes)- Kotmale reservoir is a truly breath-taking sight. it is believed that more than 57 villages and 54 ancient temples were submerged by the time reservoir was built . Hanuman Temple Ramboda-2.4 km (10 minutes)-The largest Hanuman statue in srilanka Kandy 47 km (1 hour and 30 minutes)-Kandy is srilanka's largest city after Colombo. Nuwaraeliya 32 km (50 minutes )- Ideal for city wanderer, Nuwaraheliya boasts many, including boat trips on gregory lake and horse riding. Peacock Hill 12 km (40 minutes)-Stands at a height of approximately 1518m and provided an amazing view of the sorrunding mountains and valleys. A traveler would have a wonderful time walking up the hill. Mahaweli Maha Seya 22.1/2 km (45 minutes)- An ancient Buddhist temple an impressive architectural feat that took over 33 years to build. Ambuluwawa Tower 33 km (1 hour and 10 minutes)- Ambuluwawa biodiversity complex, a homage to the uniquely rich biodiversity of srilankan Island. A spiral structure that is open to brave hearted travellers seeking truly instragram-worthy pictures. Blue Field Tea Factory 8 km (20 minutes)- tea factory visit.
