Property info

Kadjan Villa is a eco travellers lodge operating since 2016. We are located in a very calm zone near Pasarichenai beach (2 min walk) to the shoreline. Great getaway with privacy, excellent for families, couples or individual travelers that like peace and nature. We have two separate suites with en-suite bathrooms, and two cabanas each with their own en-suite bathroom; there is a dining cabana where guest can enjoy our menu options or simple hangout by the hammocks. There are a couple of chill out huts and outdoor showers for the use of all guests.

Neighborhood info

Its located in a small fishing village south side of Arugam Bay. The community here is very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of attractions here to make you stay unforgettable. Ideal place to hang out by your own or with your loved ones without any worries or stress. You can spend an entire day chilling by the beach without encountering crowds of people. If you are into sports like surfing or kite surfing, then you came to the right place. Kadjan villa is very close to the main surfing point in Arugam Bay, and kite you can practice at the beach front of the property. Adding to that, you have other great attractions such elephant sightseeing (only 15 mins walk) and bird watching. Be aware- do not swim at the end of the beach (elephant rock) in the lagoon; there are salt water crocs!!
