A luxury boutique villa built based on Moroccan Architectural Style, situated in the capital Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte right next to Parliament. The villa boasts a rooftop infinity pool view, features four spacious rooms along with ample dining and entertaining space. Located near a variety of dining restaurants catering to different culinary tastes. Marrakech villa is ideally located 8km from Colombo, 38 km from Bandaranaike International Airport, and 1.5km to the Department of Immigration and Emigration. Marrakech Villa is very close to the Lake surrounding the parliament making for very nice views and lakeside walks.
