Spice House is three storey building which is situated in calm environment. There are Two separate apartments. Just kilometer to the famous Dalawella turtle beach (WIJAYA BEACH) and 2.5 kilometres Famous Unawatuna beach. As unawatuna is a tourism city there are every kind of services what guests expect.
I'm also live just 200 metres aaway from the apartment. I like to exceed the satisfaction of customers.
There are well reputed villas located close by. It is very calm and quiet area which is suitable for relaxed stay.
