Stay in a freshly renovated historic building in the central part of the Old Town. Superb location for those looking to enjoy the best spots of the town - many attractions, cafes, restaurants and bars are only steps away! The building is situated on a typical old town cobblestone street with eateries and small shops. The studio is on the 3rd floor of the façade building and the windows face lively pedestrian street therefore some street noise is inevitable. The 50sq studio is functional and cozy. The place has a natural wood flooring, king-size bed and sofa, room darkening curtains, a kitchenette with an electric hob & mini fridge, a table suitable for remote work, fast WiFi, a high-resolution Smart TV, a bathroom with a shower. There is no wear and tear in the apartment since all is brand new (furnished in May 2021).
The building is located in between Dome Square and Livu Square. Popular points of interest near the studio include Dome Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, Town Hall Square and House of Blackheads (all within 1-3min walking distance). The place is just 5min from the Freedom Monument, Latvian National Opera, river Daugava and 10min from Riga Central Market.
