Apparently new in a new residential complex, monitored 24 hours a day, 05 minutes walk from the beach and corniche of Anza, 5 minutes by car from the Agadir marina, 15 minutes from taghazout bay, 5 minutes from Agadir oufella 15 min souk el ahad 5th floor with elevator balcony and lounge with sea view equipped kitchen free parking (marriage certificate is obligatory for Moroccans and MREs) respect for neighbors is obligatory alcohol prohibited smoke prohibited
