One of the best rated self catered Apartment/ Villa. This apartment is beautifully furnished and has the necessary equipment for an enjoyable stay. Apartment Exotica is a secure apartment and very nice to stay. 2 spacious bathroom; 1 with jacuzzi. Swimming pool. Lounge and dining room for a maximum of 6. Fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 bedroom fully furnished with balconies and air conditioning. What differentiates this property from others is its indoor private pool and rooftop terrace for BBQ and parties with a magnificent scenery. The apartment is soundproof. Exotica apartment is ideally situated for tourist stay (either long or short term stay). 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the sandy beach of Flic en Flac. Plethora and diverse restaurants available within walking distance.
