Property built in 2019 and it has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, outside grill, refrigerator, with a pool, and one apartment separate from the home, which accommodates up to four additional guests.

Located near the center and only few minutes away from playa Holbox. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful! Only two minutes away from the police station.
