Please note:
We are a small B&B DOG FRIENDLY hotel.
This establishment only welcomes pet dogs and only in rooms with a balcony or terrace. A deposit will be required and will be refunded at the end of the reservation if the rooms are not damaged by the pet.
There is a 50 USD key deposit, and it will be given back when the keys are returned.
This property provides up to two drinks per person per room.
Shared bathrooms are very small but are available for cleaning and showering purposes. I kindly asked for your understanding regarding this matter in order to assure availability to other guests on the property.
A key deposit of 500 MXN (25 USD) will be required to ensure the return of the keys granted, an amount that will be returned upon your departure (if your departure is BEFORE 7 am, PLEASE DELIVER THE KEYS ONE DAY BEFORE so that your deposit is delivered in a timely manner).
A DEPOSIT OF 1,500 MXN (75 USD) WILL BE REQUIRED AND WILL BE RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE IF THERE ARE NO DAMAGES DURING YOUR STAY.
