- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises, failure to comply a penalty of RM500 will be chargeable.

- Guests are not allowed to bring local fruits such as durian, mangosteen and jackfruit in the premises, failure to comply a penalty of RM300 will be chargeable.

- A penalty of RM 50.00 will incur for any lost/damage of hotel room key card.

Any smoking activities detected within hotel premises will result in a RM500.00 cleaning fee which will be billed to your room account.
