Entire house with 2 rooms. House is equipped with 3 air conditioners with 1 in main room, 1 in 2nd room and 1 in living room and perfect for up to 4 family members. 2 rooms are separated with sliding door and curtain for privacy. Sleeping arrangement: 1st Queen bed: 2 person 2nd Queen bed: 2 person Equipped with free WiFi, Netflix, air-conditioners, refrigerator, Android TV, kitchen utensils, water heater and washing machine. House Rules: 1. No smoking/alcohol/pets/party/bbq allowed. 2. Non-halal food/drinks and durian are not allowed. 3. Place your shoes in the shoe rack provided. 4. Help with tidying up after meals, including washing or drying dishes. 5. Avoid from throwing solid waste into the sink. 6. Keep the house clean and tidy. 7. Do not stick/hang/drill anything on the walls. 8. Always try to keep the noise level low by 10pm at night. 9. Dispose rubbish in the rubbish room outside the house. Refer to map for more info. 10. Do not remove any items from this house except items that are labeled as “complimentary”. 11. Please turn off the fan/lights/air-cond and heater in the toilet when you are not at home. 12. Strictly not more than 4 people in the house. Do inform me if require more people. 13. Strictly no criminal and illegal activities allowed. 14. Swimming: wear proper swimsuit only and dry up before using the lift. 15. Please dispose rubbish inside the bin (not outside) in all common areas like car park or lift. Note: RM200 deposit (compulsory) to be paid via bank transfer or ewallet on same day latest before check in time and is refundable only upon fulfilling the house rules.
