-Cancellation between 3 and 2 months before start date: 75%
-Cancellation between 2 months and the day of arrival: 100%

-At confirmation of the group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking, which can be authorised prior to arrival.
-At confirmation of a group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking and a 100% deposit 14 days prior to the arrival of the first guest.
The hotel can always require interim deposit payments as follows;
-30% of the total booking value is required at confirmation of the booking, of which 10% is a non-refundable deposit.
-50% of the total booking value is required 3 months prior to arrival.
-The remaining 50% of the total booking value is required 1 month prior to arrival.
-Any incidentals to be charged upon departure.
