LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - This is a 2 bedroom Townhouse situated in the hub of Roslyn Village - 2 minute walk to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, Views of Flagstaff facing West. Ideal accommodation for family or friends and overseas visitors. Linen is provided. WiFi and Netflix. The 2 bedroom townhouse is 40 metres from the street down a long flat drive with off street parking for 2 cars .You can turn at end The section is child friendly being fully fenced for our valued guests The townhouse has recently been upgraded and gas has been installed for hot water facilities , new carpets throughout and a Kwilla deck recently completed .The deck faces West with maximum sun in Winter and Summer and great view of surrounding hills (Flagstaff) Free fibre Broadband is provided. Complimentary Tea & Coffee and rolled oats is also provided. Extra towels, washing powder, Body soap and shampoo & Conditioner is also provided Full kitchen and washing facilities are provided We also have 2x2 bedroom apartments (Roslyn Sanctuary ) 6A & 6B only 3 mins walking distance away that we have been operating for13 years with rating of 9.5/10
We have been renting our 2 other units out as holiday houses for the last 13 years and have enjoyed being able to offer customers accommodation in Dunedin. The units are well situated being a short distance by car to the center of the city, good public transport from the center of the city and all of the cities major amenities and Tourist attractions. My wife and I enjoy all sports and my wife particularly enjoys walking and swimming whereas I enjoy running to keep fit and Healthy. We have both travelled extensively I have worked as a consultant in Malaysia and Trinidad and Tobago and have enjoyed the cultures of these countries. We encourage our guests to leave feedback on the site and also would like any suggestions from guests that we may need to make improvements to the units.
5 minutes to the centre of Town (The Octagon/ Railway station etc )by car. Close to Roslyn Village which includes supermarket,cafes, pharmacy ,Doctor's Rooms and bus stop all within 2 minute walk. Mercy Hospital, Ryman Healthcare Village, Moana Pool all within close proximity. Good bus service close by, to town, University, Hospital area and return
