This cute little home surrounds beautiful town/garden/mountain/gondola and lake views located in Queenstown Hill. Perfect for a small family getaway in Queenstown. Only 15 mins walk to Queenstown CBD. ***NOTE: This property is 2 level house splits to 2 apartments with separate entrance in difference street. This 2 bedroom apartment is in the bottom level, you will hear movements from upstairs. Also there's lots stairs from the street/car park to the apartment, please check all the photos to be sure the place suits you. ➤ We prepare everything before you arrive, providing you with fresh/clean premium linen and towels. The bedding is not made up with a top sheet, we use fresh/clean duvet covers for every guest. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of any additional charges. Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance now that you have made your reservation. We are unable to accept any changes within 5 days prior to arrival unless lockdown again. In the event that a claim is required, we can provide supporting documentation to assist with the claim. ✴✴ No parties or large social gatherings are permitted at the property ✴✴
