Ellie's Villa is on older style home located in a quiet No Exit Road with all the privacy you need. Fully self-contained with heat pump. Off street parking. Just on the boundary of the Waimumu Stream with the Mataura River only 500 meters away. Great for the keen fisherman. Or if you just want to relax. The house sleeps 6 quests. 2 Queen size beds, 1 King Single and 1 Single. Also have a fold out bed if there is an extra person. So can sleep up to 7 people if necessary. We are 10miuntes away from Gore and 45minutes from Invercargill. Property is fenced off to the back section for more privacy. It has that country feel to it, but only seconds away from the township. We have the railway line not far from our house and there are a few trains that go through at night and early hours of the morning.
My partner and myself both have full -time jobs and had decided to buy this property which is right beside us and try to make some extra money. We pretty much keep to ourselves, but if there is a problem we are only to happy to try and help and make your stay more enjoyable.
The neighborhood is nice and private with only 3 houses on the block. We do however have the railway line running parallel with us. Which you can see from the front entrance of the houses, there is the road and grass section between us and the railway line. Just so you are aware we do get a few going through at night and early hours of the morning.
