Spacious downstairs studio (60m2) with own access. Selbourne St is a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Grey Lynn. Centrally located, with a large private sunny west facing backyard with Sauna and BBQ. 2 mins walk to beautiful Grey Lynn park, 2 mins to West Lynn / Grey Lynn cafes, 5 mins to Farro and Richmond Rd supermarket.
