We are reasonably quiet and prefer our guests to be reasonably quiet after 9pm. Please no extra guests or parties. Note we live upstairs with our children, we do our best to be quiet, but you will occasionally hear some noise. We do have a dog who has access to the garden, therefore we would need you to be comfortable having her around. Please KEEP THE GATES TO THE PROPERTY CLOSED AT ALL TIMES.
The property is located a 2 minute walk to the Orewa Estuary and Te Ara Tahuna Walkway, 5 minute drive to the gorgeous sands of Red Beach or to Orewa central.
