I used to work in 5 starts hotel JW Marriett HK and Hong Kong Parkview apartment for more than 10 years. I have taken the best of everything I have learned and put it into our properties. Our properties have hotel grade linens/duvet covers provided and are professionally cleaned between guests. Nothing makes me happier than satisfied guests who have had a great time in here. The View! The View! This is a classic spacious holiday home with amazing Wakatipu lake views, Mountain views, Queenstown Garden views and town views. Only 15 mins downhill walk to Queenstown CBD! This spacious single level home with a large open plan area with an adjoining deck making it perfect for families or groups to all come together for a great time away. ★ Amazing town, mountain & Wakatipu Lake views. ★ Spacious open living area with a kitchen, entertainment and dinning areas. ★ Large master bedroom with a Super king bed, en-suite, walk-in wardrobe. ★ Large deck with amazing views. ★ The basic continental breakfast supplies are complimentary (Free of Charge), these will not be refilled during your stay. ★ Nesspresso machine, Coffee/Tea. ★ Free Fast WiFi, TV with Freeview, Youtube and Netflix/Disney+ Subscriptions. - Heat pumps in lounge, Heaters in every room, Double Glazed. - 4 Bedrooms: 2 x Super king, 1 x Queen and 2 x King Single beds all with fitted sheets & duvet covers. - 1 Bathrooms with separate toilet and a master bedroom with en-suite. The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need including: ample fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer etc. For convenience there is a high chair, toys making it enjoyable for the whole family. These are available at no extra cost. We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen/duvet covers, towels. During your stay the home will not be serviced. Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance now that you have made your reservation. We are unable to accept any changes within 5 days prior to arrival unless lockdown again. ➤ There is another seperate apartment on the bottom level renting out as a holiday home, so it's super important you abide by the house rules to avoid disturbing the people below. ** The gas fireplace you can see in the photo is not operational **
