All rooms are North facing which provide hours of sunshine. “Vocation home with Pool View and Private Bathroom&Kitchenette ” situated downstairs offers privacy. Sliding door opens onto large deck and gated swimming pool. "Deluxe Queen Room with Pool View" situated upstairs, and the house offers a living room connected to a sizeable sunny outdoor balcony with panoramic scenery. Brand new stylish Ashwood furniture adds a touch of luxury. Six seater, outdoor table umbrella allows for alfresco dining. Outdoor shaded swing seat is perfect for kicking back with a good book. Relax poolside on two sun loungers. Soak up the sun or keep protected with large LED umbrella. A quiet neighborhood accompanied by birdsong provides ambience for your stay. Furnishings provided are--- Queen sized bed, bed side tables, couch, coffee table, microwave, fridge , toaster, TV, surround sound and washing machine. We won’t provide kitchen. Feel free to use the Kitchenette which has a microwave，fridge, toaster, kettle, bowls, plates, wine and champagne glasses. **Please note that the pool is shared with all people live in the house.
Hi all! I'm Joni, a Photojournalist and underwater photographer. I love diving, skiing , tennis, hiking and swing dance. I am looking forward to making friends from different cultures at my homestay.
Transportation is very convenient. Only 3 minutes driving distance to harbor bridge, Northcote shopping centre and Birkenhead shopping centre, Northcote swimming club, and Northcote Lawn Tennis Club. 4 minute driving distance to Birkenhead Pool and Leisure Centre, and Bridgeway cinema. Kauri Glen Park and Cecil Eady Bush is only 5 minutes walking distance. 550 meter walking distance to bus station (95c, 97r, 95b,97b) on Onewa road. St Mary ‘s school, Northcote college and Northcote primary school are just in walking distance. Plenty of parking spots on side of the road. Room for one car park on the property. **Prior arrangement needs to be made to secure this park. If you are looking for a private resort, offering quality of life, here it is!
