This is an apartment type condominium building where more or less than 5 minutes away drive from Mactan International Airport, Malls, and restaurants. Air conditioned room with kitchenware for cooking guests, we also have available fast internet, Netflix and swimming pool, it consists of 2 queen size beds (the other one is a pull out bed). Best for travelers and for people who love a cozy and relaxing place to stay.

Neighborhood is peaceful and people are accommodating. what's interesting is you can walk a little distance to reach the malls and restaurant and also 3-5mins your can reach the airport. 4.3km from Amani Grand, you will also reach a tourist spot which is the Lapu-Lapu Shrine, there are also a lot of beach resorts near around like the Bluewater Beach Resort, White Sands Resort Villas, Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark. And if you are fun of Scuba Diving around 13km you will E&Z Diving Center in Marigondon.
