The vicinity is with private gate and with parking lot. It is children friendly environment. The place is 3 min. By car, or public transportation or you can Walk from downtown Moalboal for 5 to 7mins where you can find various restaurants to eat and where fruit and vegetable market, also fish market is located. Kids can enjoy pool activities nearby which 10 mins.drive from the place..There is a mall downtown which is 3min. Drive from Casa Oeste...
