Strategic and one of the safest place in downtown.
Are you familiar with Puerto Princesa Island Garden and Resorts or
Cockatoo Pool and Bar? We are just walking distance from there
and also the property is near to Tiki Bar or Boulevard KTV in Rizal Avenue which is place for good food and a glass of beer,
