Property information

Welcome to a vacation home and a gallery! Our house, nestled on a 2,000 sq.m. property, offers excellent accommodation for families, friends, and groups on tour. Over 1,700 sq.m. is dedicated to a beautifully lit open park of grass and trees, jogging/walking track, and garden plots of various organically grown herbs and vegetables. The house is decorated with over 100 paintings of five Filipino gifted artists led by Tony Ylanan, 2008 GSIS Champion. It is a handicraft showroom of the Negrenses. Our house is a very spacious and relaxing place to spend a vacation at a gated Villa Maria in Mansilingan, Bacolod City. Maria is the first name of my wife, Liza. When in Bacolod, we stay here to unwind, relax, and breathe oxygen from the plants and trees. The villa has a large garden which can be used for outdoor functions such as weddings, birthday parties, or family reunions. The entire villa is beautifully lit at night. The house is the first of the two houses in the villa listed on Airbnb (The second house, Stay Amare Villa Maria 2, is for a small group of up to 6 people.) It is fully furnished and fully air conditioned.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is in a residential area known as Hermelinda Homes. Panaad Sports Center, venue of various national and international sports events, is just 1.5 km away. Coca-cola Bottling Plant is about 700 meters away. Mambukal Mountain Resort is just 19 km away.
